How the 60-day pilot works

60 days, from your HR export and one activity survey across your roles. First findings in 30 days, from your HR export. The activity findings follow once your survey closes.

Week by week

  1. Weeks 1–2

We load your HR export, map your jobs onto the activity catalog and check the counts against payroll. The survey launches at the end of week 2.

  2. Weeks 2–5

The activity survey: launch, reminders, close. The target is 85% response in scope.

  3. About day 30

First findings, from the HR export alone: span of control by unit and site with the cost of the gap, management layers, and headcount and cost by unit.

  4. Weeks 6–7

We rerun the analyses with the survey results, review the activity findings with your project lead and fix any data issues.

  5. Week 8

Readouts: one per site or unit, then one for the executive team.

  6. Day 60

    You decide what comes next.

If survey response is slow, the activity findings move later. The day-30 findings do not.

What you provide

What you have by day 60

Five findings on your own data. The first comes from the HR export; the other four need the survey and follow in weeks 6 to 8.

  1. Span of control by unit and site, with the cost of the gap. From the HR export, at about day 30.
  2. Duplicated work across sites or an acquired company, sized in FTE and dollars.
  3. Role splits: the cheaper job inside the expensive one, per job.
  4. Automatable work: non-strategic work scored for automation, by role family, in dollars.
  5. Strategic share per job on a four-tier work-value scale, with the jobs below 20% flagged.

With them: Orgsure with your data loaded, the survey results, and a readout deck per site or unit.
